Many of our jewelry pieces are personalized especially for you.

• ✦Personalized Jewelry: Our customization timelines are approximately 1–3 business days before shipment.
• ✦Other Orders: Processing times may vary depending on the product and availability.
• ✦Weekends & Holidays: Processing may take longer during holidays or busy periods.

Production and processing times are separate from shipping times.

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

02Shipping & Estimated Delivery

We currently ship to the United States.

Based on our shipping partners’ current estimates, standard shipping generally takes approximately 2–4 weeks after dispatch, depending on the product, destination, and carrier.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Some orders may arrive sooner, while others may take longer due to customs clearance, carrier operations, weather, holidays, or other unexpected circumstances.

Because our jewelry is often made to order, we recommend ordering early if you’re purchasing a gift for a birthday, anniversary, or special occasion.

03Shipping Partners & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Tracking information may take some time to appear or update after your package is dispatched.

If you need help locating your order, our team is happy to assist.

04Shipping Locations & Customs

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or clearance fees. These charges, where applicable, are separate from the standard shipping fee.

If you have questions about potential import charges before placing an order, please contact our team for assistance.

05Multiple Items in One Order

If you order multiple pieces, your items may be prepared and shipped separately.

You may therefore receive more than one package or tracking number.

Don’t worry—standard shipping remains free for your US order.

06Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.

We’ll do our best to help correct your address before dispatch. However, once your order has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

07Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

We understand how meaningful your order may be, especially when it’s intended as a gift.

If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team.

Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. For damaged items, photographs can help us investigate and resolve the concern more quickly.

We’ll review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.

If we’re unable to ship your order within the promised timeframe, we’ll notify you and provide the applicable options to accept a revised shipping date or cancel for a refund.

08Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to update your order or change a photograph?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Because personalized jewelry is prepared specifically for you, changes or cancellations may not be possible once customization has begun.

We’ll do our best to accommodate requests whenever possible.

If your order cannot be fulfilled or shipped as promised, your applicable cancellation and refund rights remain protected.
